ACL DECORATION: This is a serigraph process that consists of applying silica-based paint to containers, fusing it with glass through a heat process. There is a wide range of colors available to fulfill different market requirements based on organic and organic materials as well as precious metals. We also have fine decoration for the cosmetic industry. This process can be applied to returnable containers and it can be washed with caustic soda. The decorative process is available at all of our plants.

OPAQUE GLASS: Through the process of immersing glass in acids, containers can be made completely or partially opaque, giving them an etched appearance. This process is permanent and leaves no toxic residue. Afterwards, containers can be decorated or labeled.

PAINTING: This process consists of coating containers to give glass opaque, matte or translucent colors. This is an ideal solution for products requiring a unique look in tones of glass that can later be decorated or labeled.

LABELING: Vitro Envases offers customers a wide range of labels that can be applied in our plants.

* PLASTIHIELD Option (WSL - Wrap around Shrink Label) Thermo-comfortable polystyrene foam material is applied to glass with a hot melt adhesive and its seam is sealed with solvent. It is applied to the bottle at a temperature of 360° and can be printed with up to 7 colors of ink (lines or color selection). It can be used on pasteurized products or those bottled when hot.
CLEAR PLUS Option: Polypropylene film with opaque or translucent backing which is sealed with a hot melt adhesive. It is applied to the bottle at a temperature of 360° and it can be printed with up to 7 colors of ink. It is not appropriate for applications using heat such as hot or pasteurized bottling.

* Self adhesive Labeling (PSL - Pressure Sensitive Label):
Translucent polypropylene film is applied to glass with an adhesive. It allows printing with up to 8 colors of ink (lines or color selection) and can be hot stamped. It can be applied to 120° of the perimeter of the bottle's body and it can be counter-labeled and/or a 360° bottleneck collar can be used. Special designs permit use with pasteurized products or with hot bottled products.

* Heat Transfer Labels (HTL - Heat Transfer Label):
Organic ink transferred by heat and thermally cured and it can be printed with 9 colors of ink (lines or color selection). Up to 330° of the body of the container can be decorated. Special designs permit its use with pasteurized products or products that are bottled when hot.

* Shrink Sleeve Applied Label (SSAL - Shrink Sleeve Applied Label):
Shrink film manufactured of PVC or PETG applied to the container in the form of a sleeve and heated to contour to the shape of the container. The entire body and neck of the container can be labeled to allow for 360° of the same to be decorated. It can be printed with up to 9 colors of ink (lines or color selection). It can be specially produced for use with pasteurized products or those bottled when hot.
