The FAMA design of the Torsion Bar Spring that substitutes the helicoidal spring to move the shear mechanism, permitting FAMA Feeders to operate at more than 170 cuts per minute, without vibration during the movement of the shears and a much better precision. The Torsion Bar Spring improves noticeably the verticalness of the glass gob when it falls from the feeder into the forming machine therefore it increases the quality of the article and provides a better durability to the sector gears. With this improvement the shear mechanism can be installed with the universal angles from 0° to 30° right or 0° to 90° left. | |
