The furnace constitutes a chamber with several thermal cells. The glass pieces to be bent are mounted in wagons. These wagons circulate over rails in the cells. The rails thermal expansion is controlled.
The heating of the glass is applied in the upper part of the cells.The internal return in the cells applies the annealing and cooling of the glass pieces. The correct annealing is reached through several heat exchangers applying heat radiation. The location of these heat exchangers is strategically calculated.The final cooling is reached trough a heat exchanger using forced air heat convection with controlled temperature, also forced air convection at room temperature is used. This process ensures a fast bending with no thermal shocks at all, reaching a perfect annealing for a maximum production efficiency.

An Automatic Temperature Control and a Movements Sequence Control using an Industrial Computer.
Supervision of the Mechanical and Electrical Mounting, and cold and hot tests and Start Up Supervision as well.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance Training.
A Spare Parts Kit for a year of production.
